IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
**Hire period is 24 hours
Each costume is rented for a 24-hour time slot and must be worn during the rental time by one person only. Need to accommodate additional wearers or a longer rental time, ask about upgrade options that are available—simply get in touch so we can help. Sharing the costume or letting others wear it adds extra strain which means additional cleaning may be needed, which can affect the costume’s availability for its next booking. Any unreported extra use will result in a charge.
We ask that you please help us to keep the costumes in the best condition possible. Our costumes are hired out on a weekly basis and are only unavailable if they are out for cleaning, repair or replacement.
It is very important that the costumes be cleaned prior to each use and that you, the customer, make every effort to take care of the costumes while in your possession. All costumes are verified undamaged by a visual inspection in your presence upon pickup. After return check in each costume is cleaned and sanitized upon each return.
Each returned costume is cleaned before each new hire, however some stains and/or minor damage. Each costume is in slightly different condition and age. We endeavour to hire the costumes out in one of the following rated conditions excellent, very good and good hireable condition. When picking up your rental please note on the inventory sheet the condition of your costume/s when you receive it. If there is any noticeable issue a confirmation photo should be taken for record and do ensure that upon returning the costume its condition is the same as it was given to you.
Sizing (a most asked question):
Costumes are not one size fits all and since we treasure the memory you wish to make and also enjoy our returned costumes undamaged.
*Small/medium --150 - 170cm / 5'0 - 5'6"
*Large fits height of 170 - 190cm / 5'7"-6'2"
(Unless specifically noted 5'9" is the max medium height depending on body stature)

Follow up your inquiry with our online booking form which allows us to invoice you

After confirming all information on your invoice you will receive an agreement with all terms and conditions for signing. Next submit your forms and the non-refundable retainer via our accepted methods of payment

After placing your order and submitting your payment we will confirm receipt of your payment and your costume(s) reservation

Costume pick up is, by appointment, the day before your party and returns are the day after the party by a prearranged time.
Details to note:

Please check the size of the mascot costume will fit the person who will be wearing it. Wearing a costume too small will tear the zips and seams.

The mascot costume/s are not to be worn outside in wet or very dirty conditions.

The mascot/s must be returned in the same condition as supplied. If it is excessively soiled or damaged, the hirer will be expected to pay an additional cleaning fee.

The mascot must be returned on the agreed upon day between 10 am & 5 pm. Mascots(s) which are not returned on the agreed date (unless otherwise agreed) will incur a late fee per day until the mascot is returned to us.

By agreeing with company terms and conditions you are agreeing that if the costume is beyond repair and deemed to be a total loss then the full amount to replace the costume is payable by you/the customer.

Strictly no eating, vaping or smoking cigarettes in or near the costumes.

Costumes are not designed for athletic events so no running races or participating in sports feats (gymnastics, football, etc).

Face-paints, markers, fragrances nor glitter should be used near the mascot costume or be worn by the mascot wearer as it can permanently stain the equipment.
