IMPORTANT DO-IT-YOURSELF RENTAL INFORMATION:
**Hire period is 24 hours
Each costume is rented for a 24-hour time slot and must be worn during the rental time by one person only. Need to accommodate additional wearers or a longer rental time, ask about upgrade options that are available—simply get in touch so we can help.
Sharing the costume or letting others wear it adds extra strain which means additional cleaning may be needed, which can affect the costume’s availability for its next booking. Any unreported extra use will result in a charge.

Sizing (a most asked question):
Costumes are not one size fits all and since we treasure the memory you wish to make and also enjoy our returned costumes undamaged.
*Womens' small/medium with 5'7 to 5'9
Unless specifically noted 5'10 is the maximum height
*Mens' large fits maximum height of 6 ft.
All costumes are cleaned and sanitized upon each return.

Follow up your inquiry with our online booking form which allows us to invoice you

After confirming all information on your invoice you will receive an agreement with all terms and conditions for signing. Next submit your forms and the non-refundable retainer via our accepted methods of payment

After placing your order and submitting your payment we will confirm receipt of your payment and your costume(s) reservation

Costume pick up is, by appointment, the day before your party and returns are the day after the party by a prearranged time.
