CLEANING: All equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to drop off/delivery
SETUP/BREAKDOWN: Typical setup and breakdown takes approximately 45 to 75 mins. (unless decor is requested)we DO NOT setup on gravel or dirt and area must be free of debris of any kind
OUTDOOR EVENTS: Outdoor events are weather dependent thus requiring an indoor location as backup in order to protect the equipment or in excess heat a shaded area or canopy is required to prevent possible injury due to play items being exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.
RAIN POLICY: We do not setup outdoors if there is the possibility of rain. Neither do we travel and/or setup during inclement weather warnings (heavy rain, hurricane/tornado/severe thunderstorm warnings).
CANCELLATIONS: Parties (both) may cancel at any time due to weather warnings. Deposits are nonrefundable but RESCHEDULED parties can occur within a year.
Travel & service fee required and not included in the package price.
Additional fee charged in case of stairs, elevators or difficult entry.
Pick up of equipment is no later than 7pm.

***Please Note: Our equipment is for use in a DRY environment ONLY! Use or placement of our equipment in or near any water sources (sprinklers, water inflatables, hoses, slip'n' slides, etc) may cause irreparable damage to the equipment. When your preferred option for setup is on a sunny day is outdoors the area must be shaded or a tent used to prevent overheating of vinyl or plastic surfaces.

We do NOT set up Soft Play outdoors if there is a chance of rain. Wet conditions can create unsafe play areas and also pose a risk of damage to our equipment.
For the safety of all, we recommend having an indoor or covered space as a backup plan in case of rain or winds that exceed 12mph. If we are unable to reschedule your Soft Play rental or move it to an alternative indoor location, we will refund any money paid.

NOTE: Our recommended setup is for indoors due to the possibility of inclement weather and the effect of extreme direct sunlight which can overheat the surface of the equipment. If your preferred option for setup is outdoors the area MUST BE SHADED from setup to takedown. Fun Faces does not provide shade.
