***All events more than 30 miles round trip from our base location in Hinesville, Georgia will be subject to a travel fee which will be added to the event total (fee to be determined based on the distance from our Hinesville base and current gas rates). Clients are responsible for monitoring weather conditions in their area to determine if rescheduling of their event is necessary. Cancellation or Rescheduling after we are en route will require another travel fee for a newly rescheduled event date.
